2. Receive quote & design proposal — We provide a detailed quotation with material recommendations and a structural design concept within 1–2 working days
3. Confirm order & pay deposit — Upon approving the quote, pay 50% deposit to begin the sampling phase
4. Sample production & approval — We produce 2–5 prototype boxes for your review; provide feedback for any adjustments
5. Mass production — After sample approval, full-scale production begins with regular progress updates
